The 'K' Series engine has proven itself both in Motorsport and through it's popularity of choice in small batch road-car production.
Developed, in conjunction with such a manufacturer, this TITAN dry sump system is unique in the sense it has a bespoke gear-type, billet alloy oil pump with a single stage. The particular oil characteristics of the engine and installation demanded a high-capacity oil pump robust enough to reduce service intervals and continually perform at high engine speeds.
The VHPD pump was designed to meet the brief and is coupled with a TITAN trademark, lightweight cast alloy dry sump pan and fittings to give excellent dry sump performance.
A range of bellhousings, again cast Aluminium, is available to suit Ford 4 and 5 speed gearboxes either with standard or long input-shafts.
